Once Your Order Arrived:

 

You have 30 days to test drive, check the quality, usability and comfort, and see if you want us to be part of your crafting world.

• If you LOVE your order but there is a quality issue on part or the entire order, we sincerely apologize, but because we manually pack your order, it "sometimes, (very seldom)" happen no matter how careful we are. BUT... we will replace the faulty or damaged ones at no cost to you. (We mean it when we say "Hassle-Free" :) ) We just need a picture of the damage part so we can document and make an improvement on it, there is no exception and we apologize for the small inconvenience. BUT, that's how we are able to stay on business and continue to deliver PREMIUM product because we take quality issues VERY SERIOUSLY. We also need your Order ID# for our records and returns documentation purposes.
